Shipping Policy

At PhilippaHazel.com, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. To ensure that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner, we have established the following shipping policy:

  1. Shipping Methods and Times: We offer standard shipping via a variety of reputable carriers, including UPS, USPS, and FedEx. The shipping time for each order may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and standard shipping times range from 3-7 business days.

  2. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are determined by the weight, size, and destination of the order. Customers can view the shipping rates for their order during the checkout process. We also offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount.

  3. Order Tracking: Once an order has been shipped, customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Customers can also track their order on our website by logging in to their account.

  4. Shipping Restrictions: We currently only ship to United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, and Switzerland.  We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  5. Shipping Errors or Delays: In the event of a shipping error or delay, we will do everything we can to resolve the issue and ensure that the customer receives their order as quickly as possible. If a package is lost or damaged during shipping, we will work with the carrier to file a claim and provide a replacement or refund to the customer.

  6. International Shipping: Aside from the countries listed in 4, above, we do not currently offer international shipping, but we are working to expand our shipping capabilities in the future.
