Thank you for choosing Philippa Hazel. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return policy:

  1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  2. All items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including any tags or labels.

  3. We do not accept returns on personalized or customized items, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

  4. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings or any other item that has been worn through pierced ears.

  5. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.

  6. Returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or order confirmation.

  7. Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment, and may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

  8. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately and we will provide instructions for returning the item and receiving a replacement or refund.
